By accessing or using ClawSplit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

ClawSplit provides A/B testing and experimentation tools for OpenClaw agent prompts, SOUL.md configurations, and skill setups. The Service includes experiment runners, statistical analysis, results dashboards, and configuration export tools.

Use of the service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including experiment configurations and prompt variants you create.

Your data

You retain ownership of all experiment data, prompt variants, and configurations you create using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Limitation of liability

ClawSplit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Statistical results provided by the Service are informational and should be validated before production deployment.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
